Do I need to have a current card issued by the American Heart Association to take a renewal course?

You must have a current, unexpired card issued by the AHA in order to take the renewal course. This does not include cards that say they follow the AHA guidelines. The card must be issued by the AHA.

Are student manuals required?

All students need to purchase a student manual for their course. If your course is labeled at "Heartcode", a student manual is included.

How long will it take to receive my certification?

Once you complete a CPR, first aid or BLS course, all certifications are issued immediately after completion of the course. All ACLS and PALS cards are issued within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a card within 24 hours, reach out to us and we can assist you.

There can be delays if there is an issue with our ecard issuing system. This is not a guarantee. We do have up to 20 days to issue cards.

Will you travel to our location?

We can absolutely come to your location!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds at all. You may reschedule your class with at least 24 hour's notice.
